Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. GST invoices are available for eligible purchases. Business buyers can share their GST details while placing an order or contacting our team.

What payment methods are accepted?

Products

Which disposable gloves should I choose?
Nitrile gloves are a strong all-round option and are latex-free. Latex gloves offer a flexible fit. Vinyl gloves are suitable for economical light-duty use.

Are disposable gloves reusable?
No. Disposable gloves are intended for single-use hygiene applications.

Are grab bars suitable for every bathroom?
Grab bars must be installed securely based on wall type and user requirement. We recommend proper installation by a qualified person.

How do I request bulk pricing?

Who can place bulk orders?
We supply to salons, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, housekeeping teams, institutions, distributors and resellers.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on the destination, product availability and logistics partner.

Returns

Can products be returned?
Returns depend on product type, hygiene considerations, condition and return policy terms. Disposable and hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return once opened.

How do I report a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us at care@kashisurgicals.com with your order number, product photos and packaging photos within 48 hours of delivery.
