Return & Refund Policy
At Kashi Surgicals, we aim to provide reliable healthcare and hygiene essentials. Because many of our products are hygiene-sensitive, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted if:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product was damaged in transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is unused, unopened and in original packaging, where return is applicable
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used disposable gloves, masks, patient-care products, hygiene products and personal-use items may not be eligible for return.
Return Window
Customers must raise return requests within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective or incorrect products.

To process a return request, please share:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
- Description of the issue
- Unboxing video, if available
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, depending on the case.
Bulk Orders
Bulk and institutional orders are usually not returnable unless there is a confirmed supply error, transit damage or quality issue reported within the agreed timeline.
