Refund policy
At Kashi Surgicals, returns are accepted only under specific conditions because many products are hygiene-sensitive.
Returns may be accepted if the wrong product was delivered, the product was damaged in transit, the product has a manufacturing defect, or the product is unused, unopened and in original packaging where return is applicable.
Opened or used disposable gloves, masks, patient-care products, hygiene products and personal-use items may not be eligible for return.
Customers must raise return requests within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective or incorrect products by emailing care@kashisurgicals.com with order details, product photos and packaging photos.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, depending on the case.
Bulk and institutional orders are usually not returnable unless there is a confirmed supply error, transit damage or quality issue reported within the agreed timeline.
